  • Cloud services which store data in Asia Pacific region.

  • Case management that stores data in the UK and European Union.

• If your client or business partner that you instruct us to engage with requests information and they are based outside Malaysia.

 

All our existing service providers are subject to their own domestic legislation and data privacy notes in relation to their processing of personal data. Our view is that these are equivalent to the protections afforded under the PDPA.
