About Us
We are a pioneering law firm hoping to redefine legal services in Sarawak, Malaysia. Founded by two dynamic, internationally trained lawyers, we blend European legal expertise with a deep understanding of Sarawak’s unique regulatory landscape to offer innovative, strategic solutions tailored to businesses and individuals alike.

Our firm stands apart with a distinct advantage—one of our partners, Cristian, is the only foreign-qualified male lawyer currently admitted to practice in Sarawak. This rare qualification enables us to bridge global legal perspectives with local legal realities, ensuring our clients receive internationally informed and locally focused advice.

At Sim and Baciu Advocates, we are committed to delivering modern, efficient, and transparent legal solutions that empower our clients to navigate complex legal challenges with confidence. Whether advising on corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, or bespoke legal strategies or negotiation, our approach is proactive, client-centric, and always aligned with the evolving demands of Sarawak’s business landscape in full legal compliance.

Let’s build a future where legal services are not just reactive but forward-thinking—crafted to foster lasting success.
